3-Speed Push Button Control Panel

The STX Megaforce comes standard with a 3-Speed Push Button Control Panel. These Controls Last. Easily select SLOW, which is used for stuffing Sausage, HIGH which is used for normal meat grinding, or REVERSE, then the need arises.

There is also a STOP & RESET Switch; a Circuit Breaker for safety.

High Capacity 3 Lb. Meat Tray/Hopper

The Megaforce 3000 Series now features a High Capacity Meat Traythat can Easily hold over 3 lbs. of Meat. This tray is 9.75"L x 7.25"W x 2.00"D.

The Feeder Tube Opening measures over 2 inches in diameter for High Volume meat delivery. Combining these features with the AVI(Advanced Variable Intake) Auger and you can easily grind over 250 lbs. of meat in an hour.

Air Induction Hood

Our STX Megaforce 3000 Series Electric Meat Grinder features our "Patented - Air Induction Cooling System" which can virtually Double the Life of your meat grinder!

The main reason most electric meat grinders malfunction or become defective is because the motor overheats and quits working, but with our Patented Cowl Air Induction Cooling System, you will enjoy many more years grinding meat with this grinder.

Size #12 Grinding Head

Unlike smaller size #5 or #8 grinders, this size #12 grinder features a durable 100% polished cast aluminum grinding head, auger and meat pan. These parts are Not Coated. The auger features AVI Technology (Advanced Variable Intake) and, when combined with the 2 1/8 inch, High Capacity Meat Tray Feeder opening, you are capable of grinding larger portion sizes of meat in much shorter time.

These parts should NOT be Washed in the Dishwasher, but should be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place.

3 Stainless Steel Cutting Blades

The STX Megaforce Classic 3000 Series comes with 3 each Stainless Steel Cutting Blades. These high quality blades can be washed by hand or placed in the dishwasher.

These cutting blades are manufactured from 304 Food Grade Stainless Steel and can be washed in the dishwasher or with a liquid dish washing detergent (like Dawn) and towel dried.

4 Tempered/Hardened Steel Grinding Plates and Sausage Stuffing Plate

4 Sizes of Grinding Plates come standard with this unit. These Grinding Plates are manufactured from Hardened/Tempered Steel.

• 7mm - 0.275 Inch - 17.5/64"
• 10mm - 0.393 Inch - 25/64"
• Wagon Wheel Plate

3 Sizes Sausage Tubes and Stuffing Adapter

A Set of 3 Sizes of Sausage Stuffing Tubes along with the Adapter are also included with this grinder (shown in the 1st photo above).

The Diameter of the Sausage Stuffing Tubes are 3/4 Inch, 5/8 Inch and 1/2 Inch and come with an adapter for stuffing with any of the 3 size

Kubbe/Kibbe Attachment

A Kubbe (also know as Kibbe) Attachment also comes with this grinder.

For those of you who are not familiar with Kubbes, they are Traditional Middle Eastern Dish comprised of a cylinder-like shell made from meat which lamb and bulgur wheat. The center is then stuffed with a spiced minced lamb filling and the ends are sealed to form the Kubbe which is then Deep-Fried.

New Style Ergonomic Meat Stuffer/Pusher with Storage for Sausage Tubes

We have designed a New Ergonomic Style of Meat Pusher for stuffing your raw meat down into the grinder.

Although this grinder will normally just pull the meat down into the auger to be ground if you strip it properly for grinding, you can just use the palm of your hand on the top of this pusher instead of gripping it with your hands when you need to use it.

Parts Packed in Meat Stuffer/Pusher

In the above photo you can see that the top of the Meat Pusher opens up and you can store your Sausage Tube Set inside of it.

If you do store the Sausage Tubes inside this pusher, we suggest that you dry them thoroughly before storing them so condensation does not build up inside the pusher.
