This new commercial-certified cooktop provides you the effectiveness of our regular cooktops but with the capability and control of a commercial-grade unit. The 1800-watt single burner is great for boiling water and cutting on your meal cook time preparation. Induction heating works by using magnetic field-based technology to trigger the molecules in magnetic pots to generate heat. This unit features 9 power levels from 200 to 1800 watts , 11 adjustable temperature settings from 150-450 F, and a 180 minutes timer.
